+ Production and shipping

Every item in the shop is handmade upon ordering. Please allow 1-2 weeks for production time plus shipping. If you need an item more urgently, please send us an email and we will happily try our best to accommodate you.

+ Care instructions

Vitreous enamel is made by fusing powdered glass to a metal base. Please take care of your enamel jewelry by following these care instructions:

• Please wrap in tissue paper or a soft cloth and store in the tin provided with your purchase. This is also great for travel.

• Take care not to drop or store with other heavy or sharp objects.

• Clean with warm soap and water with a soft cloth.

Your metal jewelry can be polished with any jewelry polish of your choice. We recommend using a sunshine cloth. Please note that oxidation is purposeful tarnish and will be removed with any type of metal polish. To keep your unoxidized jewelry from tarnishing, keep in a sealed bag to limit its exposure to oxygen.

+ Return Policy

We accept returns within 14 days of receipt for a full refund, exchange or store credit. All returns must be in their original, unworn condition and packaging. Custom work or items purchased with a discount code are final sale. The customer is responsible for all return shippings costs and any damage resulting in return shipping. Return shipments must have tracking. Upon inspection and approval of return, your refund will be issued in the same form of original payment including taxes less a $20 restocking fee. Cancelled orders are also subject to the same $20 restocking fee.
